School Web 2.0

Unlike other school website systems, School Web 2.0 has been developed to have the same familiar, intuitive feel of other commonly-used website applications, such as Facebook and MySpace.  School Web 2.0 also allows for the integration of popular 2.0 collaboration tools into its system, such as Twitter (for quick updates).  School Web 2.0 makes it easy to upload videos and podcasts, manage blogs, and communicate with all educational stakeholders.  For example, School Web 2.0 technology allows an administrator to make Twitter updates for instantaneous display on the district or school website.  An administrator could be anywhere in the world with only a smart phone in hand, yet be able to provide continuous updates through a Twitter account - thus promoting both good communication and safety.
